Extra Dry Wine Risotto

A refined yet simple dish: risotto with our alcohol free Extra Dry sparkling wine. Surprise your guests with this elegant and easy to make risotto.

How to prepare it

In a pan, add some extra virgin olive oil. Finely chop onion and gently fry it at low temperature for 2 minutes. Add the risotto rice and cook in the pan for 3 minutes at high heat, stirring with a wooden spoon. Add Winezero Extra Dry and stir in for 2 minutes. Keep stirring to avoid the risotto sticking to the bottom of the pan and add vegetable stock little by little, as soon as it evaporates. Keep cooking adding stock for 12/15 minutes. 

Serve the risotto hot, accompanied by a chilled glass of Winezero Extra Dry.

300g risotto rice 
A small onion
20g extra virgin olive oil
200ml Winezero Extra Dry 
700ml vegetable stock
